Where is your meat sourced from?
All our beef & lamb is sourced from our family-run farm. The chicken and pork are sourced from local suppliers. We focus on high welfare standards and premium quality.
Is your beef Bovaer free?
Yes, all our products are Bovaer-free.
What makes your meat different?
Our products are ethically sourced, expertly butchered, and free from harmful additives. We believe in chemical free farming as much as possible. We even focus on keeping organic grass for our animals to graze.
What cuts of meat do you offer?

Do you offer premade meat boxes?
Yes, we have premade boxes for families and individuals, tailored to various budgets and needs. Check our subscription page for details.
How should I store my meat?
We recommend storing your meat in the fridge at 0–4°C or freezing it for long-term use. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to us!
What are the delivery costs?
We charge a flat rate of £9.95 per delivery, nationwide.
For express weekend delivery, the cost is £14.99, nationwide.
Is your meat fresh or frozen?
We deliver fresh, never frozen meat to ensure optimal quality and flavor.
What are your delivery days?
Last orders are accepted on Wednesday at midnight. Your order is processed and dispatched on Thursday. Delivery is every Friday.
Saturday deliveries are available for additional charges. Orders must be placed by Thursday.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If delivery cannot be completed, your package will be delivered to a neighbour or a local Post Office. You can be place delivery instructions with Parcelforce after your order for smooth delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across the UK, ensuring all orders are insulated and temperature-controlled.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, customers can fully track their delivery with Parcelforce. Delivery can be rescheduled to arrange delivery to a neighbor, later time or local Post Office®. However, changes should be made promptly to avoid delays or additional charges.

If you need to adjust your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Prepare photos of the issue for faster resolution.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
We handle refunds and replacements on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your order details, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
